Created specifically for the broadband industry, Competitive Services takes the broadband cable professional on a ride through the competitive landscape of the broadband telecommunications industry. The regulatory issues surrounding competition is addressed for a deeper understanding of how we got to where we are. After successful course completion, the cable professional will be better equipped to communicate with the customer and sell their services against the competition.
