Technicians will rapidly develop the foundational skills needed to increase their productivity, decrease their repeat trouble calls and improve their on-time guarantee. Delivered in an interactive format, QSI presents the necessary knowledge on triple play services as well as providing fundamental knowledge on Wi-Fi and MoCA.
